Saturday, April 22, 2017 was Earth Day and the residents of Killingworth, Connecticut celebrated it at Chatfield Hollow Farm. The event was planned by the Killingworth Women's Organization as a fundraiser for the Killingworth Library. Despite the clouds and rain, a fair amount of people attended. I know I was glad that at the last minute I decided to go, hoping the rain would be light....and it was! Below are photos of the event, of the farm itself, and inside the Bed and Breakfast. I had a great time and hope they will schedule it again for next year.
